  : The apartment itself was quite nice. The location, depending on your criteria, can be coanisdered good or, only fair. It's close to the metro, but far away from all tourist sights.
  : The management is atrocious. During booking it neglects to mention that the customers must go to an office, located far from the apartment, to pick up the key. It is an incredible hassle to do so with all the luggage, to find two different very difficut-to-find locations (office and apartment). There is no reason why the key cannot be available at the apartment, like all other places. Once we got the key and took a metro (this is hard to figure out when one just arrive at the city) to go to the apartment. When we arrived, the key absolutely did not work. We struggled a long time, and finally a nice Czech man stopped and called the office for us. Over the phone, with some specific instructions he finally managed to open the gate. If we hadn't met this kind man, we wouldn't have been able to get in. The management staff was arrogant, unapologetic, or rude for all the hassle they cause the customers. Unless you plan to spend at least a week, this level of hassle just to get to, and get in, the apartment is certainly not worth it.

  : Close proximity to Florenc metro station. I'm glad we only stayed for one night.
  : The key pickup is a joke - probably 10 other people were told to collect their keys from the office situated in the city centre so we had to wait our turn. Then payment is cash only and you have to fill in some random forms. The apartment itself was quite run down: broken shower, not working tv, noisy bed and loose fittings to mention just a few issues... To note, the agency is called Abrupt Apartments and it seems to be a fitting name
