We were instructed to go to the front desk to check in, despite there being a key box right next door. This was not mentioned during the booking process and was an absolute waste of our time and money, particularly since we arrived late at night.Lastly, I find it completely outrageous that the charging standard was not uniform. Instead of deducting the payment in one go online, the accommodation party turned it into separate payments, causing confusion and unnecessary stress. This resulted in my credit card being charged an exorbitant amount that was far higher than what was anticipated, and this is unacceptable.In conclusion, I demand that you take appropriate action to rectify these issues and ensure that customers are not subjected to such poor practices in the future. I demand a full refund for the inconvenience caused, and I expect a swift response from your company regarding this matter. This is simply unacceptable, and I will not stand for such unprofessionalism and disregard for customers.
