: Very rude and unhelpful staff, took over an hour to check in, was overcharged the price of the room by a few hundred more. And still havent received my refund so spent the trip with money out of my pocket. The room had cobwebs, the bathroom plug didnt come up so had to pull it up by hand revealing other customers grime hair and dirt, we asked multiple times for an iron to which we were ignored, walls all scuffed and scruffy looking. And the location isnt in a great area. We decided to stay an extra night in Prague, but rather than continuing to stay here, we packed our bags and moved. Id emailed to say it was my boyfriends 30th birthday, and not a single happy birthday or have a good birthday trip. At this price and the star rating you expect some kindness. I could mention lots of things and go into detail about rude staff, but all I can say is a sorry for over charging you hundreds or thank you for waiting for your room for over an hour etc etc really doesnt take much effort and goes a long way.
