  : I am very impressed with this place. The persons at the reception were super friendly and nice. I reached earlier than the check in time and he let me have an early check in. One of the lights in my bathroom was not working and as soon as told him, he immediately changed it. Very good service. I also liked the breakfast. Being away from the city center, its free from the crowd and noise which I liked a lot. On the other hand, its right next to the tram stop. So one could easily get to the city center in less than 15 mins or so.
  : Nothing really to complain about. There are 80 stairs which you have to climb to get to the hotel from the tram station. For me it was fine, but may be for an unfit person it could be challenging.
