  : The apartment was clean, the staff were very polite and flexible and the internet worked well. The apartment is well suited for supporting even a longer stay in Prague for work and/or holiday purposes. Would book again.

  : The location.Size of the flat.
  : The flat was not clean when we moved in. In particular, the insides of wardrobes. I had a fan running in a bedroom when I opened the wardrobe and a lot of dust started to fly all over the bed and me. Also, the main light in the room had lots of dust on it.The beds were small and very uncomfortable as the double bed wasn't a double but two singles with a wood in between them. The mattresses were too short, hard and thin, almost felt like a topper without a mattress. There were no normal pillows just two huuge squared "pillows" that were intolerable. I've never had such bad back and neck ache.The kitchen equipment was too basic and while there was a possibility to cook something, it would be difficult. Microwave was missing. The washing liquid was watered down completly, it was just a green water. The one fan that was provided looked 50 years old, it was yellow and badly working. It made lots of noise which was super annoying when used over night. The flat lacked ironing board and an iron, and there was no washing machine.Bathroom shower was too small.Curtains were old and discoloured, the white light curtains were grayish and unwashed, while the darker curtains were old, tawdry, and too light to block the sun in the morning. Perhaps it would have been better to instal some blinds as well. Overall the flat was very dull looking and gave empty dark impression, if it weren't for large windows.

  : The apartment was clean and reflected correctly picture and description. Nice shower and handy to have the lift. Good the 24h reception. Position really convenient, close to the green line metro station and nice and quite neighborhood. Not too far from the centre.
  : Maybe some new bed linen could be improved.
